This is the handwriting seen commonly in the ward. Maybe it's not the worse, but can u read it? I had given up after attempting to imagine what are those 'symbols' representing.. finally end up not knowing what happen to the patient. Ask others? i think the person who himself wrote it might not able to read also haha :)So, practice good handwriting, at least in a readable way.

I can read some words.. but not all... hehe.. i gather its about the appendix being perforated?
Yup that's what i can read so far, perforated appendicitis, but not knowing much about others. Patient also has hematuria, which should be able to explain from the surgical findings.
